Should be the right size of blocks.

First block size is 16 KBytes, then 2 times 8 KBytes, 32 KByte and a last 31 times 64 KBytes.

Address-Range depends on bus width (8 or 16). In 8 the first block is from
000000 - 003fff; in 16 from 000000 - 001fff.
