Mira a ver si tiene Drivers→Chipset→Intel ,AMD o lo que lleve, el fichero se llama txtsetup.oem pero tiene que haber una aplicación para generarte el disco, porque hay que copiar varios ficheros.
Te pongo de ejemplo el que lleva mi placa:
