Please do not forget to clearly write your RMA number on your box prior to shipment. You may use the shipping method of your choice although we recommend a shipping method with tracking information. In order to serve you better, please include a printed copy of this email in your return package. As soon as we receive your package, we will do everything possible to expedite the handling of your exchange. Cleaning fees ($25) may be charged if a domestic robot is returned for exchange and has not been properly cleaned. Please clean it properly.
