gracias jack, comunico bien y he intentado con varios firmware, 2013 y el que tenia puesto , con todos se lo traga , escribe en la flash pero nunca reinicia el engel y solo vuelve al estado del principio.

la version de tera term con las que he probado 4.90 y 4.92 en ninguna al seleccionar el archivo aparece la opcion crc, es mis versiones solo tengo 1 K. para poder seleccionar.

Buenas! Tengo un deco rs4800s bloqueado. He instalado Tera Term. Iba todo bien, cargando el firmware, pero se quedo al 25% y se cerro la venta de pocentaje. Ahora intento hacerlo pero no pasa del 0%. He probado distinstos firmware, tanto los ultimos como los anteriores y tambien originales, pero nunca pasa del 0%. ¿Que me podeis aconsejar? Gracias chicos!

Hola chicos, a mi lo que me ocurre es que tras cargar al 100% el proceso, salen letras que pone algo asi como initzialed failed y no reinicia el deco, es cosa del deco? es raro porque hace todo el proceso correctamente hasta el final.

Que no reinicie el deco es normal, pero funciona?

Puede ser por firmware? Mira que he probado varios eh, pero nada...error al grabar el firmware el teraterm, pero en 2 decos que tengo ahora mismo, y mira que ya he recuperado varios desde mismo pc y todo, no entiendo q me esta ocurriendo, incluso actualmente los 4800hd con mismo cable y pc tambien los recupero sin problema, no entiendo nada. Alguna idea?

Quiza el tema está, en que el error viene xq instalo septiembre 2013 y despues tendria seguidamente ponerle el de fabrica? cosa que no he probado eh, o eso da igual y deberia reiniciar y arrancar el deco con tan solo meter firmware de septiembresin necesidad de meter despues el de fabrica?

Hola a todos! antes de meterme de lleno con el tema, me gustaría que alguien me aclarase el tema de como conectar el deco al pc. Igual os parece una tontería, pero es que no lo llego a entender bien; según el post inicial se necesita un cable rs232 y un adaptador usb/rs232 si nuestro pc no tiene conector rs232, pero no entiendo como se conecta el cable al deco, cuando este no dispone de dicho conector..... solo veo hdmi, usb y Ethernet.... alguien puede explicarme la forma de conexión más claramente?

Gracias por adelantado... siento si es algo muy obvio, pero no lo veo claro y antes de meter la pata, prefiero preguntar. Un saludo.

El cable rs232 es minijack por un lado y db9 por el otro, el minijack va al deco y el db9 al pc y sino tienes toma en el PC pues adaptador.

Hola Jack Putter y demas compañeros del foro, llevo 10 dias intentando resucitar mi deco, he leido todo en lo refernte a la recupracion de deco, "luz verde", he seguido las instrucciones de este tutorial paso a paso y desde el principio me da el mismo problema.
Al llegar al paso nº 9 todo bien pero no se reinicia y vuelve a la pantalla del paso nº 4.
despues de eso en esa misma pantalla empiezan a salir simbolos y signos raros.
he soldado los cables directamente a la placa y me pasa lo mismo.
¿Que hago mal?
