INSTALLING YOUR MODDED T911 I have tried to include everything I needed to get me started when I got my T911. As T911 vary not everything in this guide may apply to you, glitching is not for everyone, if you find it difficult to understand this guide or unable to use common sense to try minor changes if your T911 varies from the one I used then glitching is probably not for you ;). This guide is written for someone using Windows XP, it is possible to use other operating systems, but I don’t cover how this can be done in this guide. What you will need: • Modded T911 • 9 volt, 300ma, power supply • Serial Cable • WinExplorer 5.4x or above • WinExplorer.ini (the modded one I’ve included with this guide) • Relevant *.xvb script for your card (Some included with this guide) • XpAtmel (included with this guide) • D11.exe.eeprom.hex (included with this guide) • sct10en.exe (included with this guide) Ok first of all we need to flash the T911 with the D11.hex Here are the steps: 1. Connect the T911 to your computer with the serial cable 2. On the back of the device Set the dip switch settings to ‘on’ for 1-5 3. There should be a switch on the back of the T911, switch it to the left. If there is no switch there may be a jumper you need to set. 4. Plug in the power supply. 5. The pot setting will be close to 2.2 ohms and does not need to be checked, unless as a last resort and you know what your doing. So don’t alter the pot setting. 6. Reboot your computer to avoid any cache problems 7. Start-up the XpAtmel Program 8. Select the D11 Flash by clicking on it and highlighting it. 9. Make sure COM1 is selected from the Drop down menu 10. Click on “Program”. The Atmel chip will begin to take its flash. Note: If the Dip switch settings, jumper connection, connectivity to the COM1 port or the incorrect power supply is faulty, you will get an error message that the atmel could not be programmed. Once the Flash has been successfully written to the atmel do the following: 11. Push the switch back over to the right or put the jumper back to its original setting, the T911 cannot be used to unlock cards while the switch/jumper is set to program the atmel. 12. Set the Dip switches on the back of the T911 so that 2-5 are set in the on position to begin unlocking. These settings will be altered when you begin unlocking cards. Right, your Modded T911 has been flashed and should be setup to start unlocking cards! Next…. 13. You need to run sct10en.exe, if you don’t you may get timeout error messages in WinExplorer, it’s to do with the way Xp handles the timing on this sort of script. If you read the Microsoft help files you can learn more about this. 14. Install the latest version of WinExplorer 15. Locate your WinExplorer directory and replace the WinExplorer.ini file with the one I have provided in this tutorial. 16. Run WinExplorer 17. Go to Program Parameters and select T911. Don’t analyze the cards ATR with the magnifying glass as it won’t work. 18. Open the required unlocking script e.g 5401 auto A82_Final Rom 10.xvb 19. Execute the script. The card can take anytime from 2 minutes to 2 hours to unlock, when it unlocks you will get a message telling you the bug has been hit, the card should now open to read in NagraEdit. Remember to grab the details you want from the card then write a blank rom image to it, else the back door may become blocked. Troubleshooting: If you get any time out messages in WinExplorer try changing the delay times in program parameters. The settings in the ini file I provided worked on my Modded T911 but yours may vary slightly. Thanks to everyone who created the scripts and programs that make this possible. Good Luck!! |
