UPDATING PENTA, GAMMA OR TETRA VERSION IN MAGIC CAM USING *.BIN
using the “Icon menu” options

1. Click "Connect" under “Flash Functions”
In top window “Cam Connected” is being displayed with info
2. Click "Erase all" under “Erase Functions”
Window "Flash Erasing” pops up, click yes
“Erasing Block x/34” displayed in Red under top window
“Device erased!” displayed in white in top window
3. Click "Open file" under “Flash Functions”
Window Load flash binary” file pops up
Select *.bin file, click on open, f.i. penta1.xx.bin ”File loaded” in white in top window
4.Click "Write" under “Read/Write Functions”
“Writing and numbers” in red and underneath blue bar displayed under top window
“Writing completed!” in white in top window
5.Click “Verify” under “Read/Write Functions”
“Verifing…” in white in top window
“Verifying” in red with blue bar underneath, under top window (always takes a while)
“Flash Verified successfully” in white in top window
6.Click “Connect” under “Flash Functions” to initialize
In top window “Cam Connected” is being displayed with info
7. After completion remove cam from CAS2.
8. DONE.
